Charismatic international performer Peter Vadiveloo has led an incredible musical life. He has performed in an astonishing variety of musical styles including rock/pop, jazz, funk, blues, folk, opera, musical theatre, African, Cuban, Middle Eastern, Latino, Greek and flamenco, to name just a few!
Peter’s 30 years of performing have included working with a variety of Grammy- and ARIA-award winners. He has performed at music festivals in Singapore and New Zealand, as well as numerous times at top Australian festivals such as the Woodford Folk Festival, Pt. Fairy Folk Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival, Apollo Bay Music Festival, and The National Folk Festival.
Peter’s singer-songwriter show draws upon his vast musical background, and combines his huge opera-trained vocals with guitar, percussion and looper pedal.
Peter’s songs range in topic and style from human rights to the humourous. He is a wonderfully engaging and thought-provoking entertainer.
