Overview
Charlie Needs Braces, a vibrant, interactive live show designed for festival audiences, blending music, dance routines, puppetry, and storytelling with powerful themes of caring for Country and celebrating First Nations languages. Led by GuriNgai sisters Charlie and Miri, the project is a dynamic two-piece band performing with live looping, sample pads, and trumpet. The show invites audiences to actively participate through movement and call-and-response, creating an engaging and inclusive experience for children, families, and all-ages festival crowds.
