Overview
Green Mohair Suits - A quartet of expressive songwriters that take their four-part harmonies as seriously as they take their dedication to a good time, Green MohairSuits, hold a reputation for inspired showmanship and performances as brash as they are emotive. Having started as a way to hang out, enjoy a few drinks and stretch their obvious skills at smaller unrehearsed gigs, things have snowballed to main-stage festival spots, international supports, and the release of five studio albums.
GreenMohair Suits’ inspired musicianship has seen them compile a collection of quality original tunes – a solid mix of heartbreak and hangover, humour and humility. Fans should expect happy sad-songs (or sad happy-songs) in a harmonious blur of booze-soaked good times.

Reviews
"Self described as ‘Garage Grass’, their songs are beguiling, quirky, frequently eccentric and
sometimes sweary. With several singers on-call in the band, they are also beautifully and diversely
sung" - Timber and Steel
"They put on a toe-tapping performance with plenty of surprising covers and moments of spine-
tingling choral perfection" - The Brag
“If you're a sucker for the close four-part harmonies of the Beach Boys, Fleet Foxes or CSNY,
then the quartet's fifth album is a great stopping point. Ben Romalis, Jason Mannell, Richard
Cuthbert and Brian Campeau have drawn inspiration from a songwriting retreat to compose an
expansive set of songs. The infectious jangling country-rock ‘Praise The Thaw', the desolation
permeating through the ballad 'Hell Or High Water', the delightful whimsy of the McCartney-esque
'You've Done It Again', and the joyous reggae-infused bonhomie of album standout 'No One Else'
are a beautifully played delight.” - Trevor J Leeden - Rhythms Magazine
